The developments, the plannings that exist for repeated reactionary measures at the expense of the workers and more specifically at the expense of the young people constitute a dire need of the capitalistic system, they result from the character and its nature in the modern conditions. The premeditated attack in the present and the future, in the rights and the needs of the new generation, should be comprehended as part of a total attack against the working class and the working family, aiming at a cheaper working force, and more profit for capitalists.
Based on EU’s strategy, which was processed the Lisbon Session in 2000, the flexible forms of employment and the increase of weekday time will be extended further more. The girls, that suffer double exploitation and oppression will receive new hits. Unemployment, partial employment and work without rights become normal situations and are more intense in the young people. The right for insurance and free health services is being takon away from the youth and more intense problems are created for the Persons with Special Needs (AmEA).
The educative rights of youth shrink. The developments in the education, based on EU directions, the Bologna treaty, the law frame on the HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS (AEI), the creation of EPAL - EPAS (secondary technical education institutions) they lead to the general devalorisation of educative level of youth. More and more young people will lose the right in obligatory education; will be prevented to reach higher education. The ideological role of education for the guidance of youth is strengthened. The class barriers are increased and the categorisation of schools, faculties, pupils and students is moving further.

A result of the increasing infiltration of monopolies in the space of culture and sports is the production of standardised by-products,

the sub-culture, the class barriers in the access in the artistic work and in the cultural creation, the commercialisation of spaces of sports exercising, generally the free time by multinational companies.
The mechanisms of repression are continuously strengthened, the restriction of democratic rights and people’s freedoms. Cameras are used for watch-out in places of education. The communications are recorded. The terrorism in spaces of work, the restriction of syndicalism is facilitated by the managerial right for redundancies. Anticommunism and the efforts for penalization of Communist Parties and Communist Youths activity are irrefutable witness of the danger that imperialism represents but also of the fear that creates the amounting people’s movement under the guidance and effect of communistic ideology and action.
The youth experiences the consequences of imperialistic interventions and wars and the fear that they cause. A big part outrages, for the predominance of the jungle law. It worries for the political and military entanglement of our country in dangerous imperialist plans.
The destruction of environment, the restriction of free spaces in the urban centres, as result of uncontrollable activity of monopolies and multinationals, shape an exceptionally worrying situation for the world where we live.
Under the effect of the aforementioned problems, an increase of use of narcotics from smaller ages is recorded.
Capitalism, as system, cannot satisfy the contemporary needs of youth. Even when under the pressure of movement it makes concessions, it finds ways him to undermine them. It strikes back, in order to take them back.
